Website Content Translation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m building a brand-new website and need every piece of copy—pages, menus, help text, and a few supporting documents—translated with professional accuracy. The job is strictly document translation, not web development, yet the material has to remain web-ready so my developer can slot it straight into the build.
Because this is a fresh project, there’s no existing content to revise; you’ll be working from clean source files that I’ll deliver in editable format. I’ll also share any style notes or glossary terms that should stay consistent across the site.
What I expect back:
• A complete set of translated files in the same folder structure and file type I provide.
• Layout tags, hyperlinks, and metadata left intact so nothing breaks when we deploy.
• Natural, human-sounding language—no raw machine output—proofread and ready for publishing.
I’m comfortable if you use CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ for consistency, as long as the final copy reads smoothly. Please include a brief note on your translation approach and typical turnaround time when you respond.
