Website Content Revamp & SEO Enhancement

I need someone to review my current website for my security guard service and create better content for it. I also need improved SEO. Familiarity with PHP is a plus, as I'm not using any content management systems. The site has a PHP front end with mostly static pages, except for a couple of links to other sites.
