WWII European Politics Articles

Job ID: 39769835

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

I'm seeking a small series of well-researched articles unpacking the political and diplomatic story of World War II in Europe. To start, I’d like five to seven pieces, each running 1,200–1,500 words.

Requirements:
- Each article should open with a brief, compelling overview that spells out why the subject still matters, then move into a narrative written for curious readers rather than specialists.
- Every fact, quotation, or statistic must be footnoted with reliable, publicly verifiable sources. Primary documents are preferred. No wiki citations.
- Focus on European negotiations, alliances, conferences, and behind-the-scenes statecraft:
- Shifting relationships among the Allies
- Axis diplomacy
- Neutrality debates
- Post-war planning

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong writing and research skills
- Background in history or political science
- Familiarity with primary historical documents

Choose angles that keep the material fresh with lesser-known perspectives.
