Virtual Assistant: Site & Email Updates
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant who can keep my online presence fresh and my audience engaged. Your first focus will be website content updates, specifically polishing and publishing new product descriptions that I supply. Accuracy, proper formatting, and a quick turnaround are essential, as each change goes live on an active storefront.
I would like to work with this person long-term, so this is a one off project to see how we work together. I am really looking for somebody who can help me more long-term with marketing, including LinkedIn.
So it is inportant to me that we get on as human beings.
Alongside the site work, you’ll manage my mailing list:
• Adding or removing subscribers as requests come in
• Updating subscriber information so fields stay clean and reliable
I use a standard email service provider, so familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or a comparable platform will help you hit the ground running.
Once the list is healthy, you’ll draft an engaging newsletter from my notes each week. A friendly tone, clear call-to-action, and error-free copy are the goals; I’ll handle final approval before it’s sent.
Deliverables will be considered complete when every assigned product description is live and correct, the subscriber database reflects the latest changes without duplicates, and the newsletter lands in my inbox ready for final sign-off.
If you communicate clearly, respect deadlines, and have an eye for clean copy, we’ll be a great fit.
