We have worked and currently work with some of the biggest personal brands in the social media space.
We are searching for a very experienced content strategist and creative team lead with a proven track record of creating videos that have gone viral (1 Million views or more) as well as successfully leading and building creatives teams.
The ideal candidate should have already lead successful creative teams in a similar social media marketing agency.
This role will be in charge of:
managing the department of service fulfillment for client projects end to end which involves leading a creative team of content writers, project managers and video editors.
You will be in charge of creating content strategies for each client and coordinating with team members and clients to deliver growth to the clients social media using video content on Instagram and other social media platforms.
Creating marketing campaigns to promote product lines and launches for client projects
Building out marketing assets such as email automations, workflow automations, landing pages etc
Communicating directly with clients to ensure all content is on brand while still maintaining meaningful results.
The candidate must have a deep understanding of Short form video content on Instagram Reels and TikTok and must have experience writing video scripts that have generated significant growth.
Candidates must have experience in leading creative teams to deliver project deliverables to meet deadlines.
You must have your finger on the pulse of what is currently performing right now in the world of short form video content in a variety of niches
