I want to roll out a clear, visually engaging set of client-education materials that will directly improve patient care in my veterinary practice. These resources should translate complex medical advice into language pet owners immediately understand, empowering them to follow treatment plans, schedule follow-ups on time, and recognize early warning signs without panic-scrolling the internet.
Scope
The content will cover common preventive care topics (vaccination, nutrition, parasite control), post-operative and medication instructions, and quick-reference emergency guidance. I’m open to both print-ready handouts (tri-fold brochures, A4 posters) and digital formats such as shareable PDFs, email attachments or short slide decks for our consult rooms and website.
Deliverables
• 5–7 print-ready handouts (Adobe InDesign or high-resolution PDF)
• 1 concise take-home booklet (≤12 pages) formatted for double-sided printing
• A matching digital version optimised for smartphones and tablets
• Source files and image licenses
Acceptance criteria
• Plain-language copy that is medically accurate and reviewed against current AAHA guidelines
• Consistent branding with our logo, colours and fonts (style guide provided)
• Graphics and icons that remain legible when printed in black & white
• Final files delivered within 14 days of project kick-off
