User Guide Creator and Mobile App Specialist
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a long-term team member who can assist in creating comprehensive user guides and how-to videos for a mobile app, conducting mobile app testing, and providing non-technical customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing, professional user guides in both text and video format, adhering to a formal and professional style.
- Develop professional content including videos, reels, and presentations tailored for varying audiences.
- Conduct mobile app and enterprise testing, writing and testing use cases.
- Regularly follow-up with developers and provide updates on development/bug status.
- Maintain customer service standards, responding to inquiries, maintaining SLAs, and escalating issues as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous experience and can provide a portfolio of similar work.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar.
- Understands the app as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Has a can-do attitude, is a team player, and strives for efficient operations.
- ClickUp experience is preferred.
This is a part-time long term role starting at 15-20 hours a week with opportunities for growth.
