As an expert in this field:
- You will have a wealth of experience in managing online reviews and ratings, able to navigate through various platforms and leverage them effectively.
- You will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving my company's ratings and reviews on the mentioned platforms.
- Ideally, you will also be able to provide comprehensive reports on our reputation standing as well as propose and execute strategies to improve our overall rating.
