**Description**:
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us update our existing facility management presentation. The presentation is currently out of date and we would like to modernize its design, improve its content, and make it more visually appealing, customer friendly and also outline our smart integrated features.
**Project Details**:
* **Content Update**:
* Review the existing content and make necessary updates to reflect current trends in facility management, including best practices, new technologies, and relevant industry standards.
* Add any new sections that may be necessary, such as sustainability, IoT in facility management, smart buildings, etc.
* **Design Improvement**:
* Revamp the design to ensure it aligns with current design trends.
* Ensure the slides are visually engaging, with appropriate use of images, icons, and charts.
* Maintain a professional tone but ensure the presentation is easy to follow and visually appealing.
* **Formatting & Layout**:
* Ensure consistent and clean formatting across all slides.
* Improve the layout where necessary, using appropriate color schemes, fonts, and visual hierarchy.
* **Technical Details**:
* Update and optimize the presentatin
* Provide the final presentation file(s) with editable options.
**Skills Required**:
* Expertise in elecronic design
* Strong knowledge of facility management and industry trends
* Ability to transform complex information into simple, engaging visuals
* Experience with creating corporate presentations for professional audiences
**Additional Information**:
* The presentation consists of about 50-70 slides.
* We will provide the current version of the presentation for reference.
* We prefer freelancers with experience in corporate presentations and facility management-related topics.
**Timeline**:
