Translate Informational Brochures to Spanish

Job ID: 39938714

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I have a series of English brochures that serve an informational purpose—they guide prospects through our services without the hard-sell tone of typical promo pieces. I need the copy rendered into natural, professional Spanish that feels as though it was originally written for a Spanish-speaking audience.

Each brochure sits at roughly 1,200–1,500 words and follows a clear structure: headline, section sub-heads, concise body copy, and a short call-to-action. I will supply the finalized English PDFs along with an editable Word file so you can work directly with the text.

What I’m expecting from you:
• A faithful translation that retains clarity and flow while adapting idioms, measurements, and cultural references as needed.
• Consistent use of terminology across all brochures (I’ll share an existing glossary).
• Delivery of the translated text in the same Word layout, ready for my designer to drop back into InDesign.

Fluency in neutral—or “standard”—Spanish is important because these pieces will circulate across several Latin American markets. If you have previous experience translating marketing collateral or can share samples of brochure translations, that will help me gauge style fit.

Turnaround for the first brochure is five days from project start; subsequent ones can follow on an agreed schedule. Let’s discuss any questions so we can get moving quickly.
