Key Tasks:
- Conduct research on open STEM job roles in the motorsport industry to inform content creation
- Develop engaging, educational TikTok videos that aim to generate leads - these should be based on the research done earlier in the week.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in content creation for TikTok or similar platforms
- Strong research skills, with a focus on the motorsport industry being a plus
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging, educational content
- Experience in lead generation through social media platforms
