Tik Tok Content Creation

I need someone very familiar with Tik Tok to help create funny, engaging, inspiring and educational content for the Canadian mortgage marketplace. I'm a large mortgage broker and trying to dominate this space with good content to build up followers. Some will be live action, others can be movies that are spliced together or various photos. I need guidance and a plan.
