I need help writing a detailed report for a theft case. Police won't issue a case number so insurance and homeowners will not cover thefts. Have witnesses that saw the thefts of 18 days, videos and perp told my attorney they took $200,000 worth of possessions, vehicles, gold, cash, tools and my daughters deceased mothers heirlooms.
