Spanish Kids Storybook Translation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have an English interactive children’s storybook and need every piece of on-screen text rendered into natural, child-friendly Spanish. The artwork, navigation buttons, and overall layout must stay exactly as they are, so I only require the words themselves converted.
Scope
• Translate all dialogue, narration, prompts, pop-ups, and any other written content that appears inside the interactive book.
• Keep tone playful, clear, and age-appropriate for young readers.
• Preserve character names and any branded terms unless a culturally equivalent alternative is truly essential.
Deliverable
A Spanish text file (Word, Excel, or the original content spreadsheet) that mirrors the current order and screen references, ready for my developer to drop straight back into the interactive template.
Quality expectations
• Consistent voice throughout.
• No machine translation – I’ll spot-check for nuance.
• Spelling and punctuation must adhere to standard Latin-American Spanish.
• Final pass ensuring line length still fits existing text boxes.
