We are seeking a high-quality Social Media Manager for a white-label, long-term position. This role does not involve content creation or strategy. Instead, you will oversee and manage the quality and messaging of short-form video content produced by a team of six editors and check for typos and to see if the content guidelines are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Review & QA
- Review 12 short-form videos daily
- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand messaging following our content guidelines doc
2. Caption Writing
- Write engaging captions for each video using provided ChatGPT prompts
Time Commitment:
- Estimated weekly hours: 5–7 hours
- Video QA: To be done Monday through Saturday, ideally between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST, but with some flexibility within that window
- Caption writing: Fully flexible and can be completed at any time
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English (required)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content performance, and virality
- No outsourcing allowed
