I recently launched a construction company that specialises in bathroom and whole-home renovations, and I’m setting up our very first social media presence. To keep the feed lively from day one, I’m after a batch of reusable written templates that I can quickly customise with photos or short video clips.

• Tone: friendly and approachable; imagine chatting with a neighbour rather than lecturing a classroom.

What I need from you

• A snappy headline or hook for every caption.
