Social Media Manager for Hair Pigmentation Brand

I've recently started a hair pigmentation business in Nuremberg and I'm seeking a social media manager. Our focus is to become visible on Instagram and Facebook. Ideally, the social media manager would come to our store in Nuremberg to help create video reels.
- Content Types: We're looking to share before-and-after pictures, customer experiences, and introductions about myself including a brief overview of my references.
- Objectives: The primary goal of our social media presence is to generate consultation appointments.
- Posting Frequency: We aim to post twice a week.
The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content creation, and ideally, familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry. Skills in video editing and a good understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms would be a plus.
