I need a crisp, professionally written and designed brochure that introduces my AI-services company to prospective B2B clients. The brochure is the first piece of collateral many decision-makers will see, so it has to position us as credible, forward-thinking and easy to work with while keeping the tone strictly professional—not flashy or casual.
You will start from a short brief about our core offerings (machine-learning consulting, custom model development and data-driven process optimisation) plus basic brand guidelines—logo, colour palette and typography. I am counting on you to shape that raw information into clear messaging that answers three immediate questions for a reader: Who we are, what we solve and why we can be trusted with mission-critical AI projects.
Because the piece must work for both print and digital distribution, layout matters as much as copy. Please balance concise text blocks with clean visuals or simple iconography so the brochure remains readable even when printed in a standard tri-fold or saved as a two-page PDF.
Deliverables I expect:
• Final brochure ready for print (high-resolution PDF, CMYK)

- PPT SLides to allow for further changes and additions to be made on brand
• Optimised PDF for email/web (RGB, <2 MB)
• Fully editable source file (PPT)
• All linked imagery, icons or fonts properly packaged and licensed for commercial use

• Company overview, service snapshot and contact details are covered within one tri-fold or two A4 pages.
