I have an existing Wikipedia biography that needs a thorough, policy-compliant overhaul. I am looking for a seasoned editor who already understands Wikipedia’s notability, verifiability, and conflict-of-interest rules and has a solid track record of successful edits that stick.
Scope of work
• Audit the current version for neutrality, sourcing, style, and structure.
• Identify and flag statements that lack reliable citations or may violate WP:NPOV.
• Research and add high-quality secondary sources (academic journals, reputable news outlets, industry publications) to strengthen references.
• Rewrite unclear or promotional wording so the tone matches Wikipedia’s encyclopedic style guide (MOS).
• Update outdated facts, dates, and achievements where needed.
• Prepare a clean diff or sandbox draft for community review, then shepherd the changes through to acceptance.
Acceptance criteria
• Article remains live for at least two weeks without rollback or major tags.
• All new references pass WP:RS and are properly formatted.
• No copyright violations or close paraphrasing.
• Talk-page summary documenting key changes and rationale.
I will provide any primary source documents or clarifications you request, but I expect the finished revision to rely primarily on independent, third-party references.
