Seeking:Bridge program, Avatar

I need a program which bridges “getting out” messaging app to TikTok, so that gettingout user may use commands to trigger functions within TikTok account (I.e) upload videos, pictures, and retrieve incoming direct messages. Gettingout user does not have direct access to social media apps so a third party program is necessary to control the TikTok account.
A) gettingout user will email invite for the program
B) email invite will connect program to gettingout user
C) program will connect to TikTok account
D) gettingout user may send video’s and pictures
E) program will record these videos and images to upload into the TikTok account
F) gettingout user may retrieve incoming direct messages via typing commands. Bridge will retrieve incoming direct messages from TikTok and send to gettingout messaging user.

I’d like to discuss the options available to create this program. This is new territory for me, if I undervalued the bid of project , I’m willing to repost the ad with a new payout depending on the type of functionality the coder is available to provide. Looking forward to responding.
