Script writing content idea on video ads

Hi, I am looking for a person who will prepare for me a script and an idea for an advertising video for my business. I run a tattoo studio and would like to make an interesting ad that I will use in ads on fb and ig. I have models also in underwear (exposing tattoos). I was thinking of creating a collage - combining various videos of models who will speak a given script, but I do not know if this idea is not weak. I want a very catchy commercial max 30s min 15s. Are you interested in something like this?
