SEO Content Writer for London Comedy Club

We're seeking an experienced SEO content writer to create engaging blog posts for our London-based Comedy Club!
What You'll Do:
- Write 1-2 SEO-optimized blog posts per week (1,500-2,500 words each)
- Use Semrush for keyword research and content clustering
- Create authentic, engaging content using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) while maintaining originality
- Source and integrate images using AI generation tools, plus our extensive library of show photos and comedian shots
- Write in a fun, irreverent tone that matches our brand (think witty, rebellious, engaging)
- Focus on London comedy scene topics: show reviews, comedian spotlights, venue guides, entertainment news
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- Proven SEO content writing experience with portfolio examples
- Semrush experience for keyword research and content planning
- Proficiency with AI writing tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
- Understanding of how to use AI while maintaining authentic, original voice
- Experience with image sourcing and basic editing
- Knowledge of London entertainment/comedy scene preferred
Writing Style:
- Ability to write engaging, personality-driven content (not corporate!)
- SEO optimization without sacrificing readability
- Understanding of entertainment industry content
Deliverables:
- 1-2 blog posts per week (flexible scheduling)
- Keyword research and content clusters using Semrush
- Properly formatted posts with images and SEO elements
- Meta descriptions and optimized titles
