SEO City Pages for BusPartyLA

Hello SEO Freelancers,
We plan to add 20 new city pages to our website, BusPartyLA.com, one page for each of the 20 cities listed below. Currently, we have only one city page on this website: the Santa Monica, CA, page. We have duplicated the Santa Monica page 20 times; one duplicate for each new city page we plan to add. We are going to replace all duplicate content related only to Santa Monica with the content you are asked to provide, making it a page for a new city.
For each duplicate, we need one picture to replace its beach image, plus text, and one other image. In other words, we need content (text and images) to replace what is on the duplicate, which is no longer applicable to the new city.
If you are interested in this work, you can see the original Santa Monica page at: https://www.buspartyla.com/party-bus-rental-service-santa-monica and determine for yourself what text and images need to be replaced to make it applicable to a new city. The content you provide needs to be optimized for the Google search engine and unique for each city. Please prepare and provide a sample of the content you plan to create for all 20 cities, your price per city page, and the total time to complete the twenty pages.
