Revamp and Enhance www.etherealcolours.com Website
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
We want to repurpose the website www.etherealcolours.com with better aesthetics and include some more functionalities. The website is to be developed in two parts:
Part 1 Requirements:
1. Recreate the existing sections with slight changes - Home, About, Submit.
2. Pay section has to be two part. One section is to be made like an e-commerce website where people can buy one time digital goods - pictures. There will be 5-10 products with price ranges (pictures will be provided by us). Payment gateway such as Razorpay to be integrated for payment. Secondly, we have to integrate recurring payments within this section so that they can sign up with subscription like Patreon. The products on offer will be- discussions on our own films as well as other films that we loved, behind-the-scenes posts, pro tips on filmmaking, wallpapers, etc. A reference for the same is: https://www.newslaundry.com/subscription?ref=nav We should know at the back who are the people who have signed up and for how long. This whole Pay section needs to be really intuitive and easy to navigate so that making payments is as hassle free as possible.
3. We should be able to send emails on a mailing list that notifies them about a new video upload on the YT channel. We can have pop ups on the website so that they can sign up for email list. We should also have a button somewhere so that they can click there and sign up.
4. Other than that normal functionalities such as terms of use, privacy policy etc to be present.
Once the website has gone live, part 2 can be developed:
Part 2 Requirements:
One more sections needs to be included - ‘Watch’ on which the videos will be hosted on the website itself. This will be mostly creating functionality like the TedTalks website and won’t be linked to external links. All the functionality needs to be created and the existing videos can be added by the web developer (videos will be provided by us). These videos need to have basic SEO functionality so that people searching for something on the web, should be able to find the content on the website. For upcoming videos, we should be able to add the videos internally (or we can figure out a method that the web developer takes care of the website in the future as well).
We would like to see your suggestions on the website, the platforms on which you want to develop and why. If there are any good references from your previous work, please do share.
The developer should also be ready for any reasonable modifications in the brief, when the work of the website is in progress as sometimes, new ideas hit when things get rolling. If there is a major change, we won’t ask you to do it. Ideal candidates should have experience in e-commerce solutions and subscription-based models. If you have a passion for design and a knack for creating engaging user experiences, we want to hear from you!
