I need an extensively researched and well-documented report focusing on the humanitarian crisis in the city of Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region (40%) and throughout Ukraine (60%). The aim of this document is to support a humanitarian application for permanent residence in Canada for a young married couple without children. The report should explain what is happening in Ukraine and why they cannot return there.
Requirements:
Comprehensive Overview: Provide an in-depth and balanced view of the war and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. Emphasize the use of trustworthy, English-language sources.
Emphasis on Kharkiv: The city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region should receive particular attention, comprising approximately 40% of the document's contents.
