We are seeking a dynamic and creative Real Estate Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video tours of residential and commercial properties in and around Gurugram. Your engaging and informative content will help potential buyers and investors understand the unique features and benefits of each property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit real estate properties across Gurugram to create compelling video tours.
- Highlight property features, amenities, and location benefits in an engaging manner.
- Provide clear, concise, and detailed information on each property, such as layout, design, and pricing.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and developers to gather accurate property information.
- Ensure videos are well-produced and visually appealing to attract potential buyers.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and buyer preferences in the Gurugram market.
Requirements:
- Experience in creating video content (real estate experience preferred but not required).
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain property details effectively.
- Basic video editing skills or willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel within Gurugram to visit various properties.
- Passion for real estate and property markets.
College students are much welcomed!

This is a paid gig, and 3-4 videos will be required monthly.
