Provide feedback on my content

Hi,
I have created assessment tools for which I need reviewers to provide constructive feedback. I have attached the files. In the attachment, there are 3 folders:
- Report on Trial 1
- Report on Trial 2
- Report on Trial 3

Each folder contains 4 word files. For example in Report on Trial 1 contain the following files:
- 22a. Report on the Trial of Assessment Tool 1 (1)
- 10 Questioning version 0.1-1
- Direct Observation version 0.1-1
- Portfolio Template - Version 0.1-1

The following 3 files have been created by me.
- 10 Questioning version 0.1-1
- Direct Observation version 0.1-1
- Portfolio Template - Version 0.1-1

I would like you to provide feedback on my files in "22a. Report on the Trial of Assessment Tool 1". Note that feedback needs to be provided by 2 reviewers in each word file and the feedback should be different between 2 reviewers therefore wording should not match. Provide constructive generic feedback. Provide 4 line feedback for each question.
