Project Requirement / Website content writer

I have a fully functional website, which I created without any formal requirement gathering. I need someone to help with the following requirement and expertise. I am the customer so there won't be no issue of collecting the requirement.
- Must have proven experience of using Jira / Confluence / Zephyr or Xray
- English fluency and writing / summarizing skills
- Must have prior experience on project documentation, website content writing, create user stories, create test cases from user stories or vice versa .
