Project Report - Technical Writer - Document for Dummy readers

I am looking for a talented technical writer with a good written & spoken english. language to create a technical document of a project report. We will provide the project report which has details about project, results charts etc. It is bit technical in nature involving aviation process with AI, IoT technologies etc. Technical writer will take this document & translate into simple english which can be read by any dummy user with no knowledge in Aviation or technology. It would also benefit if you can translate complex tech jargon into layman's terms for a non-technical audience. The target audience for this video is Airline & Airport users.

Ideal candidates would have prior experience in technical/project document creation, editing & articulation of complex subject into simple language. Knowledge in tech products & operations with similar projects would be an added advantage.

Note: Timeline to complete the video (20th of April)

Outlining the action plan for the project:
1- Freelancer bidding with reference (only sample reference work will be used for evaluation)
2 - Award of project
3- Sample work for 1 section
4- Creation of payment milestone based on successful completion of 1 section
5- Final draft for review - 18th Apr
6- review comments - 19th Apr
7- Final delivery - 20th Apr
8- Milestone released for payment
