Progessional webinar creation

I need an expert to create a professional, engaging and informative webinar. The ideal candidate should have a track record of delivering webinars which have engaged with the audience, regardless of the topic.

The length of the webinar should be appropriate for the content being presented to ensure the attendees remain engaged. It should be long enough to cover the key aspects of the subject without losing the audience's attention.

There are two types of webinars: one of them targets the students (national amd international who wakt to study in Nprth America (USA and Canada), and one for the Nprth American SME (small-sized manufacturers and exporters);

I am looking for someone who can handle the complete process of creating this webinar from start to finish. This includes structuring the content, preparing the visuals and animations, managing the script and monitoring the audience engagement.
