Professional Parent Orientation Presentation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing “Segment 1” of our parent orientation and need a polished PowerPoint that carries our professional brand from the first slide. I already have the company logo, key talking points, and rough notes, but I’d like the deck refined so it feels cohesive and engaging. Need to be at least a 20-30 minute presentation that goes over expectations etc.
Scope
• Design a clean, professional template that can be reused for future segments.
• Build slides for the two core sections I’ll cover in this session—Introduction and Expectations & Guidelines—while keeping room for later expansion if I decide to add Contract Changes.
• Embed short testimonial videos from parents/students so they play smoothly on click without external files going missing.
• Tighten my wording where helpful, keeping the tone warm but authoritative.
• Update the existing parent-student contract language so it aligns visually and tonally with the deck (logo, fonts, colors) and reflects a more personalized touch for my business.
Deliverables
1. Editable PPTX with linked/embedded testimonial videos
2. PDF export for quick sending
3. Revised contract document (Word or slide-embedded, whichever you prefer)
4. Simple hand-off note explaining fonts, color codes, and how to swap videos for future updates
I’ll supply the logo, raw video files, and my draft content as soon as we connect. If you’ve created orientation decks before or have a knack for sleek corporate-style presentations, I’d love to see samples—then we can lock in a timeline and get this ready for our upcoming session.
