Project Overview:
I’m looking for a reliable and skilled professional to help build and scale multiple Etsy shops selling digital products.
The work spans three connected phases, from product creation to full shop launch and optimization:
Digital Product Creation
Create polished, ready-to-sell digital products that buyers can download instantly. This includes proper file formatting, clean layout, usability, and a professional branded cover image.
Etsy Shop Setup & Launch
Build a fully functional Etsy shop from the ground up, including storefront visuals, branding elements, profile completion, and shop policies—so the shop is 100% launch-ready.
SEO-Optimized Listings & Visuals
Turn each finished digital product into a high-converting Etsy listing using strong, search-optimized titles, accurate tags, engaging descriptions, and eye-catching mockups or previews.
Deliverables:
Ready-to-sell digital product file(s) (PDF, printable, or fillable as required)
Fully set up Etsy shop with:
Completed profile
Banner and branding visuals
Shop policies
Fully optimized Etsy product listing including:
SEO-optimized title and description
Accurate keyword research and tags
High-quality product images and previews
Work Structure & Commitment:
This is a weekly engagement
40h or plus a week work creating multiple Etsy shops
If performance is strong and communication is consistent, this can become a long-term collaboration (up to 12 months)
I am specifically looking for someone who is:
Available on a consistent weekly basis
Comfortable managing multiple shops and product launches
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Interested in a long-term working relationship
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience with Etsy (shop setup, SEO, listings)
Strong understanding of digital products (printables, planners, trackers, etc.)
Good design skills
Solid written English for product descriptions and listings
Organized, responsive, and reliable
