Primitive Campsite Leasing
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I own an 1.25-acre plot of land in Navajo County, Arizona and I’m ready to start earning from it by opening the land to campers. The dream is a rooted camping trip, with only the camper and the desert. Campers must bring everything needed. The plot can either be leased at a monthly fee of $300 or a daily fee of $25; whatever is earned shall be split fairly between me and you, until I have enough leasers flowing into my business and your bid has been fulfilled.
What I want:

My criteria

3. Both myself and you earn an income from any of the lease offers.
