Premium English Translation Needed
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
I have an English text of fewer than 1,000 words that must be rendered flawlessly into the final language we agree on. I’m looking for a linguist who can capture every nuance so the result reads as if it were originally written in the target language, not simply converted word for word.
Scope of work
• Translate the source text from English with absolute accuracy and a natural, engaging flow.
• Preserve original formatting and any embedded style elements.
• Run your own quality-assurance pass: grammar, terminology consistency, and tone alignment.
• Provide two rounds of refinements after my review to ensure the message lands perfectly.
• (Optional but appreciated) Supply a side-by-side bilingual file or tracked-changes document and a short glossary of key terms.
What to include in your proposal
• Your specific experience translating similar material, including industries or subject areas.
• Tools you use—SDL Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast, or others—so I know you can maintain formatting and leverage QA features.
• Turnaround time: how soon you can deliver the first draft and the polished final version.
• Any professional certifications or references that demonstrate quality.
Deliverables
1. Final translation in the same file format as the source (plus PDF).
2. QA-checked version or report showing error-free status.
3. Glossary or terminology list, if applicable.
