I have an existing PowerPoint deck that now needs a complete overhaul. Every layer of the file—design, layout, copy, and visuals—must be brought up to date so the presentation feels sharp, modern, and consistent from the first slide to the last.

Design & layout
• Modernize the overall look so it aligns with current presentation trends.
• Apply a fresh, cohesive color scheme.
• Reorganize slide structure where it makes the flow clearer and more engaging.

Content & text
• Proofread and lightly edit the existing copy for clarity, tone, and grammar.
• Update outdated information and data points I will supply.
• Add several new slides or sections I’ll outline to improve the narrative arc.

Images & multimedia
• Replace dated or low-resolution visuals with high-quality images, icons, or graphics.
• Integrate any short video or animation clips I attach, ensuring they play smoothly.

Deliverables
1. The fully revised .pptx file, ready to present.
2. Any linked assets (fonts, images, icons, video) neatly organized in folders.
3. A separate PDF export for quick sharing.
