Post 50 Land Sale Ads
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have roughly fifty land parcels that I’m offering with owner-financing, and I need them published on both Facebook Marketplace (or highly active buy-sell land groups) and . Every ad must target buyers in the exact regions I specify—Missouri, Illinois, Hawaii, and Arkansas—so you’ll create location-specific posts rather than broad nationwide ones.
For each property you’ll include the cash price, the financing terms, acreage, county or nearest town, plus 3–5 clear photos and a concise description that highlights access, utilities, or any standout feature. I will supply raw photos and a spreadsheet with the core facts; you’ll craft the copy, upload the images, and handle the posting workflow on both platforms.
Deliverables
• 50 live Facebook listings (appropriate local category or group in the correct state)

• A shareable spreadsheet or doc with direct URLs to every ad so I can verify they are active
Each ad must remain live for at least seven days without being flagged; if one is removed, please repost or replace it. Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace rules, paid vs. free areas, and basic image editing for better presentation will be helpful. Once the first five ads are up and approved, I’ll give the green light to complete the rest.
