Polish Document with Infographics
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
The current Word file reads more like raw notes than a finished piece. All the facts, figures, and references are already in place; what it lacks is crisp, professional prose and visuals that make the numbers pop.
Here’s what has to happen:
• Rewrite the introduction, body, and conclusion so every paragraph flows, redundant wording disappears, and the tone stays consistently professional.
• Where the data lends itself, convert it into clear charts or sleek infographics. You’re free to work in Word’s own chart tools, PowerPoint, Canva, Illustrator—whatever lets you deliver editable graphics embedded directly in the document.
• Keep headings logical, tighten transitions, and add brief explanations so even a busy executive can skim and grasp the key points.
I’ll supply the original file along with all raw data sets, so you can focus purely on copy refinement and visual presentation rather than research. Once complete, I’ll need:
1. The fully polished Word file with visuals in place.
2. Separate editable files for each chart or infographic (e.g., .pptx, .ai, or .png + source).
3. A final PDF export for quick sharing.
Accuracy, clarity, and a clean modern look are the benchmarks for acceptance.
