Personalized Recruiter Outreach Emails
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a spreadsheet with roughly 300 recruiter addresses plus my résumé and portfolio links. My goal is to follow up on active job applications by putting my strongest technical skills in front of each recruiter—without sending a one-size-fits-all blast.
Here is what I need:
• Craft a concise, engaging email for each recruiter that spotlights the relevant technical skills pulled from my profile.
• Adapt that core message so every recruiter receives a truly personalized note (name, company, role, or any extra context from the sheet). Generic mail-merge fillers won’t be enough.
• Send all 300 emails from my designated mailbox, keeping an eye on deliverability (proper subject lines, no spam-trigger words, staggered sends, etc.).
• Provide a simple report at the end: date/time sent, status (delivered/bounced), and any manual replies that arrive during the campaign window.
I’ll supply:
• The recruiter email list (CSV/Excel) with available name, company, and role fields.
• My latest résumé plus a short summary of the technical stacks and achievements I want emphasized.
• Access to the email account you’ll be sending from.
You’ll already be comfortable with bulk-yet-personalized outreach tools (Gmail + add-ons, Outlook mail merge, or specialist platforms like Mailmeteor) and understand best practices around sender reputation. Accuracy and tone matter more than speed, but the full run should still go out within five days of project start.
