Content and ads creator

A skincare company based in Europe with the target audience in USA is looking for a creative and passionate creators with the experience in building content and ads for beauty products.
In this role you’ll be responsible to drive client engagement with our products. You’ll be most importantly be co-responsible for the sales success via all social media channels through sales effectiveness of content and ads you’ll build.

Key responsibilities:

Creating engaging content : Produce high-quality, reels, videos, and graphic and written content showcasing skincare products, the use and their benefits.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish posts on FB, Instagram, TikTok.
Copywriting: Craft engaging messages, posts, and product descriptions to engage customers.
AI tools: good skillset to leverage all available AI tooling for video/image/text generation at scale.
Trends & Strategy: Stay updated on beauty trends, skincare tips, and social media trends to create relevant content.
Collaboration: Work with creators, dermatologists, and brand ambassadors to boost collaboration, engagement and business impact..
Analytics & Optimization: Track engagement metrics and refine content strategies to optimize performance.


Requirements
⁃ Well proven social media experience in beauty products or similar categories
⁃ Strong skills in building great reels, video and graphic content along with writing & editing skills
⁃ Experience with building ads, especially video and picture ads on FB & Instagram.
⁃ Knowledge of social media trends & best practices in advertising and content creation.
⁃ Experience with scheduling & analytics tools
⁃ Understanding of beauty industry and marketing at all.
⁃ AI tools - proven skills in content creation
⁃ Experience with top content editing aps and tools
