THE PERSON WILL BE DELIVERING THE PRESENTATION ORALLY AND MUST KNOW THE COUNTRY WELL-THE PREFEENCE IS FOR EITHER A NATIVE PANAMANIAN OR RESIDENT WHO HAS LIVED IN THE COUNTRY A SUFFICENT TIME TO FIELD QUESTIONS FROM PERSONS SEEKING TO MOVE THERE.
