PDF to Word Educational Rewrite
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I have a multi-page PDF that combines dense text with charts, photos, and small infographics. I need everything transferred into Microsoft Word and rewritten so the language is clear, concise, and engaging for learners.
Scope
• Extract all text, images, and tables from the PDF.
• Rewrite the copy in plain, student-friendly English while keeping every key fact and instruction intact.
• Re-insert visuals, ensuring they sit logically beside the relevant text. Simple redraws or high-resolution screenshots are fine as long as clarity is preserved.
• Apply clean Word styles (heading hierarchy, bullet lists, captions) so educators can update the file easily later on.
Quality Expectations
• No loss of data: every figure, label, or footnote in the source must appear in the new file.
• Readability first—short sentences, active voice, and clear definitions of any technical terms.
• Consistent voice and tense throughout.
• All graphics centred or wrapped neatly; charts must remain editable if originally vector-based, or replaced with a well-formatted Word chart.
Deliverable
A fully formatted .docx ready for immediate classroom use, plus any linked image assets in an organised folder.
If you have experience simplifying manuals, curricula, or training guides, I’d love to see a sample of your work.
