PDF Text Copy Task

I have a PDF document and simply need every bit of text lifted out of it and supplied back to me as plain, unformatted text. No images, tables, or styling are required—just the words exactly as they appear in reading order.

Accuracy is the only real challenge here: line breaks, spelling, and punctuation must match the source. Once copied, deliver the content in a .txt or .docx file, whichever is easier for you, as long as the result remains completely plain.
