I have a collection of printed documents saved as PDFs that I need converted into clean, plain-text files. The task is straightforward: carefully read each PDF and re-type the content exactly as written—no bold, italics, tables, or special layout—just pure text in a single file per document.

Accuracy is paramount. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source, but you can ignore all visual formatting. I’ll provide the PDFs in batches, and I’d like each batch returned as either .txt or .docx files (whichever you prefer) with naming that mirrors the original PDF.
