PDF Company Profile Creation -- 2

I want a polished, client-facing company profile laid out as a single, professionally designed PDF. The document’s core job is to win over new customers, so the writing needs to be concise and persuasive while the design feels confident, modern and on-brand.

Content scope
The profile must cover our company history, a clear overview of the services we offer, concise team bios, essential company details, a snapshot of our work experience, and a section that highlights key clients. I will supply raw text, logos, brand colours and any imagery we already own; you refine the copy, source or edit supporting graphics if needed, and weave everything into a coherent narrative.

Design & production
Use Adobe InDesign (or an equivalent professional layout tool) to deliver a high-resolution, print-ready PDF along with a lighter interactive version optimised for email or web download. Consistent typography, clean iconography and balanced white space are important to me; feel free to propose subtle infographics or timelines where they add impact.

Deliverables
• Editable source file
• High-resolution PDF for print (CMYK, bleed, crop marks)
• Compressed PDF for digital sharing
• Two rounds of revisions on both copy and layout

Acceptance criteria
The final PDF must read smoothly, match our brand palette and be no larger than 5 MB in its web version. All hyperlinks should function, and every page should export without rasterised text.

Timing is flexible but I would like the first draft within one week of project start.
