Organize & Format Restaurant Documentation

Job ID: 40540551

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

All the material for my new restaurant is sitting in rough drafts and loose files; I need it shaped into a clean, professional package I can share with investors, staff, and vendors. The work may range from tightening copy and styling headings to building simple graphics (think clear floor-plan diagrams or a polished menu layout) and arranging everything into one cohesive, branded document.

I will supply the raw text, sketches, and any existing logos or colour references. Your job is to:

• structure the content logically—section titles, sub-sections, tables where useful
• apply consistent typography, colour, and spacing so each page feels part of the same system
• create or refine basic visuals (icons, dividers, plan sketches) where they add clarity
• export the final file in both editable format (Word, InDesign, or similar—your recommendation is welcome) and a press-ready PDF

Acceptance criteria
– All pages follow one unified style guide we agree at the outset.
– Headings, body copy, and tables are fully proof-read and aligned.
– Graphics are high-resolution, labelled, and positioned correctly.
– Final PDF passes a quick-print test with no broken links or colour shifts.

If you are comfortable working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or comparable tools and can turn disorganised notes into a presentation-ready document, this should be straightforward. Timeline is flexible but I would like an initial style proposal within the first few days so we can lock in direction before you proceed with full production.
