Optimize Four Booking.com Listings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am the owner of T8 Sunset Tihany, a small premium apartment business in Tihany, Lake Balaton, Hungary. I am looking for an experienced Booking.com specialist to professionally set up and optimize my listings.
Current situation:
• I currently have 2 apartments already created on Booking.com.

Future plans:
• We will expand to a total of 4 apartments.
• I would like to create 4 separate Booking.com accounts/listings (one for each apartment).
• All 4 listings should be easily accessible from one common Group / Multi-unit page.
Scope of work:
I need a complete professional setup and optimization for all apartments, including:
• High-quality photo editing and ordering
• Compelling titles and descriptions (in English + Hungarian)
• Proper pricing strategy, rate plans, and discounts
• House rules, facilities, and important information
• Minimum stay settings and availability rules
• SEO optimization for better visibility and ranking
• General best practices to maximize direct bookings and reviews

2. What is your price for setting up and fully optimizing 4 separate listings?
3. How long would the complete work take?
4. Do you also offer ongoing management / ranking improvement support after the initial setup?
