I’m looking for a skilled and strategic writer to help with newsletters, video scripts, and podcast outlines. You’ll also apply your SEO know-how to optimize headlines, structure, and keywords for discoverability. This is a revenue-share opportunity with long-term growth potential.
What You'll Do:
- Write Substack newsletters that break down AI and innovation into engaging, accessible stories
- Script short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Outline or draft podcast intros, questions, and show notes
- Optimize content for SEO across platforms (Substack, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, blog)
- Craft bold, scroll-stopping titles, hooks, and CTAs
- Repurpose long-form content into captions, social posts, or micro-content
- Suggest editorial themes or content calendar topics
What You Bring:
- Experience writing for tech, AI, startups, or business audiences
- Strong storytelling skills across formats (newsletter, video, podcast)
- Solid grasp of SEO principles: keyword research, headline optimization, content structure
- Ability to simplify complex topics into punchy, clear writing
- Understanding of Substack or newsletter platforms
- Familiarity with short-form platforms and digital content trends
- Independent, deadline-driven, and proactive mindset
Compensation:
This is a revenue-share model. You’ll earn a percentage of all net income generated from:
- Substack subscriptions
- Gumroad digital product sales
- Podcast sponsorships
- YouTube and content monetization
- Affiliate sales and collabs
