Need help with writing a Freelancer project :)

Hi everyone,
my request is a little bit different and with this project I'm actually searching for help with writing project goals for a different project. In the upcoming week my goal is to publish a freelancer project on this site, but I am not sure with skills I should require and with me being extremely clumsy with words nowadays I am struggling to put what I need into writing.
So basically the goal of this project is for someone to help me write the goals for the next project (which I will call THE MAIN PROJECT).
In the main project I want to find the freelancer who will help us do a B2B company presentation (pdf) in English, which will be sent to approximately 20 companies. I would also need help with writing an email which I will send to Leeds (the presentation will be an attachment to this email). Additionally, please help me understand how much such work should be evaluated. I know I am searching for a freelancer that is skilled in copywriting, sales end some basics of graphic design as well, but I'm not sure what else I should require.
Our company is specialised in painting and coating carbon fibre parts, and we would like to attract new business customers to work with long term. We provide only classic/wet painting and coating... Freelancer’s interest in industry is wanted….
Considering our presentation won't be sent to thousands of companies I really wish to find a skilled freelancer to work with.
