Need content for fun, engaging online course for high school students about insurance

hello, i just need a person to put together the content and outline for me for this course. It has to be informative, but since these are high school students from USA, it has to be fun, engaging, etc. so a mixture between educating them about all important aspects of insurance that they should know as a young adult but include fun things like activities, short fictional stories around specific topics, quizzes, etc.
