I've multiple projects in the following format:

Duration of the Project
Long-term (6 months) with multiple milestones

The payout plan:
Initial: INR 500 for 1000 words (re-write)
Milestone 2: INR 500 for 800 words (researched work)
Milestone 3: INR 500 for 500 words (leadership articles)
Milestone 4: INR 500 for 250 words (original thoughts & ideation work)
